About Us

A structural contractor, organized as one family.

PROS was built around a simple idea: the structure sets the pace of the whole job. We keep shell construction and panel systems under one roof so the owner has one accountable party for the part of the building that everything else attaches to.

Who we are

We are field people first. Superintendents, foremen and ironworkers who have set structure through winters, tight urban sites and compressed schedules, supported by estimating and project management that answer the phone.

Working out of Newark, New Jersey, we take on commercial, multifamily, industrial and institutional structure — from footings through the completed shell, and panelized systems where speed and repeatability matter.

How it runs

Layout first, then production.

Before the first pour we lock control lines, embed layouts and crane positions. Once production starts, the crew repeats a known sequence instead of solving new problems every morning.
