These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of shellprosusa.com and to the text messaging program operated by Shell Pros USA LLC ("Shell Pros USA", "PROS", "we", "us" or "our"), including its Shell Pros and Panel Pros divisions. By using this website or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these terms.
SMS messaging program
Program name: Shell Pros USA LLC Text Messaging.
Program description: When you submit a form on our website and check the consent box, you may receive text messages from Shell Pros USA LLC at the phone number you provided.
- Non-marketing (customer care) messages: replies to your inquiry or bid request, follow-ups, requests for drawings or project details, and appointment, call or site visit confirmations and reminders. You receive these only if you check the non-marketing consent box.
- Promotional and marketing messages: news, offers and updates about our services. You receive these only if you separately check the marketing consent box.
Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of receiving a bid. Both consent boxes are unchecked by default.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, project and appointments.
Costs and carrier charges
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by your mobile carrier according to your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to opt out (STOP)

After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To join again, submit our form with the consent box checked or reply START.
